I specialize in couples therapy, addiction, depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, personality disorders, bipolar, dissociation, trauma and relational and spiritual distress. I have worked in the addiction field and have helped individuals, families and couples work through the minefields and stressors that life can throw their way. I can additionally offer a Christian focused therapy that incorporates prayer and Bible verses and principles as needed to heal spiritual, emotional and mental distress.

I have obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Crown College and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. I have completed basic and advanced training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and have experience in teaching Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. I often integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT skills, Experiential and Person-Centered approaches to meet the needs of my clients and expand their coping skills better manage life’s stressors.
