Relationships can be beautiful, but they can also be complicated. We all want to feel connected, understood, and secure, but struggles with communication, trust, and intimacy can get in the way. I'm here to help.

As a licensed therapist with a Master's in Counseling Psychology, I specialize in couples therapy and sex therapy. I help navigate relationship challenges, rebuild trust, and create fulfilling emotional and physical connections. Whether you're facing intimacy struggles, feeling disconnected, or just want to improve communication, I offer a supportive space where you can be honest without fear of shame or judgement.

I also work with individuals dealing with anxiety and depression, particularly when those individuals need help speaking up for what they need in their relationships. My goal is to help you feel confident, empowered, and able to advocate for yourself - both in your relationship and in life.

If you're ready to strengthen your relationship, improve intimacy, or work through personal challenges, I'd love to help.
