Do you have painful patterns in your life that you’ve been struggling to shift? I work with couples and individuals to make changes in order to break out of negative conflict patterns. I help clients understand the life experiences that have led to the development of problematic patterns. I believe that therapy can be an invaluable tool for creating lasting changes.
I chose to work at Minnesota Couple Therapy Center because I’m particularly drawn to working with couples, finding relationships fascinating and wanting to help people find and sustain satisfying intimate lives. I work with clients who are considering divorce, clients who are reeling from an affair, clients experiencing sexual difficulties in their relationships, and clients who want to improve their communication dynamics. I also am passionate about working with atypical and non-monogamous relationships or family structures and queer clients. I have a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from University of Wisconsin-Stout. I have additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, a therapy framework that research shows to be effective in helping couples improve their relationships by working with deep emotional patterns underlying conflicts. I provide therapy under the supervision of Kurt Wical, PhD, LMFT.
I currently have availability to see new clients in person on Wednesday and Thursday afternoon and evening in person at our Roseville office and Monday, Tuesday, Friday before 6pm via virtual visit.
